How it works

1. Open Track order from the menu at the top of any page.
2. Enter your order number and email - both are in your order confirmation.
3. You get the current stage, your tracking number, and a direct link to the carrier.

Depending on where you are and which shipping you chose, your parcel travels with one of these. One click takes you straight into their own tracking:

• UPS
• DHL
• Posti
• PostNord
• Deutsche Post
• FedEx

Or just ask the assistant

The chat assistant in the corner can do it too. Ask it “where is my order?”, give it your order number and email, and it will look the shipment up for you - same check, same information.
