Return Policy

Not completely happy with your order? You can return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

We want you to be satisfied with your Tinymight. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns work.

Return conditions

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used.

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] to let us know you’d like to return your order and to request a return label.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship it back to the address we provide, keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item’s condition, we’ll process your refund of the purchase price. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item for processing; refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange. Manufacturing faults after use are covered separately under our warranty (3-year warranty on Tinymight devices).
