Orders to the United States are sent by UPS Express, other countries by DHL Express, both fully tracked. Accessory-only orders travel as priority letters through the postal network, without online tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Dispatch & delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Helsinki, Finland. Express shipments are fully tracked and typically arrive within a few business days, depending on your destination and any local customs processing.
Customs & taxes
Prices in our EU store include VAT. We pay all import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on every order, to every country. Shipments leave duties-paid: the total you see at checkout is the final cost, and nothing is collected from you on delivery. In the unlikely event a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, please do not pay it - contact us and we will settle it with the carrier.
