See that red bubble in the corner? Tap it. You just got a personal Tinymight expert who never sleeps, never puts you on hold, and answers in seconds.

What it can do for you, right now

  • “Where’s my order?” — live status and tracking, the moment you ask.
  • Register your warranty in the chat. No forms. It finds your order, asks which device, takes your serial number — and you can attach a photo of your invoice right there with the 📎. Done in under a minute.
  • “Is it in stock?” / “What’s in the Full Package?” — real answers from our live catalog, with real prices.
  • Get the most out of your Tinymight 2 — temperatures, cleaning, airflow, troubleshooting, which stem does what. It knows our guides inside out.
  • Shop hands-free. It can drop items in your cart and apply your discount code while you keep chatting.
  • Tappable answers. When there’s a choice to make, it gives you buttons — pick one, keep moving.

And when you want a human? Just say so. It hands you off to our team, and a real person follows up — usually the same day.

Now the part nobody else will tell you about their chatbot

Most stores wire their chat widget straight into an AI company and forward everything you type. We refused to build it that way.

  • The AI never sees who you are. Before a single character leaves our server, your personal details — name, email, phone, address, payment details — are swapped for realistic stand-ins. The AI helps a decoy. You get the answer. Your real data never leaves our machine.
  • No conversation is ever recorded. Your chat lives in your own browser and vanishes when you close it. No archive, no “analytics”, nothing to leak or sell — ever.
  • It can’t be tricked into showing anyone else’s orders. Your data is locked to your login, enforced in code — not by asking the AI nicely. We hired people to try to break it. They couldn’t.
We’re a small crew in Finland building vaporizers by hand. We sell the Tinymight — we don’t sell you.

Tap the red bubble. Ask it something hard. ⚡
